On laboratory of sociological researches of research institute InHPPE VNTU

1. General regulations
1.1 The laboratory of sociological researches is created on the basis of the Decree of the President of Ukraine " On development of sociological science in Ukraine " of April 25, 2001 #275/2001.
1.2 The laboratory of sociological researches is the structural subdivision of scientific and educational Institute of humanitarian and pedagogical problems and education of Vinnytsia National Technical University.

2. Personnel and supervision of laboratory of sociological researches
2.1 The working of laboratory of sociological researches is supervised by the head.
2.2 The duty of the workers of sociological laboratory is determined by their job descriptions.
2.3 The sociological laboratory is completed by the experts in the field of sociology, which have proper professional qualities, essential knowledge and operational experience with the software PC and ability for execute the responsibilities according to this Statute.

3. The basic problems and functions of laboratory of sociological researches
3.1 Realization of sociological researches of student's youth problems in VNTU;
3.2 Fulfilment of the sociological researches orders of structural subdivisions of university, state and public services and departments;
3.3 Realization of sociological researches in city, region, country, international sociological researches;
3.4 Creation of bank of the sociological data with the purpose of support of the structural subdivisions of VNTU, the executive authority, mass media etc. by the scientifically reasonable sociological data;
3.5 Assistance to propagation of sociological knowledge among student's youth and population;
3.6 Participation in the Ukrainian conferences and seminars concerning discussion of up-to-date status of sociological science, its problems and role in the political and socioeconomic development of Ukraine;
3.7 Realization of applied sociological researches within the research order of the accounts;
3.8 Development of sociological tools and normative documents of applied sociological researches;
3.9 Participation in actions of professional development of the workers of sociological researches laboratory;
3.10 Assistance of activity of Sociological association of Ukraine.

4. The basic directions of researches of sociological laboratory
4.1. Dynamics of student's youth value orientations;
4.2. Problems of deviant behaviour of contemporary youth;
4.3. Role of university education in forming of intellectual elite in Ukraine;
4.4. Mechanisms of functioning and transformation of mass consciousness of the city population;
4.5. Social protection, social work and social policy;
4.6 Problems of student's youth education;
4.7 Problems of spare time and leisure;
4.8 Problems of student's family.

5. Right of laboratory of sociological researches
The workers of laboratory have the right:
5.1. To receive the practical assistance and information that is necessary for realization of applied sociological researches from structural subdivisions of VNTU;
5.2. To involve in work the students fron different faculties of VNTU
5.3. To inform the leadership of VNTU about status of sociological laboratory and to submit the offers concerning its improvement;
5.4. To participate in working deliberative bodies, conferences, meetings, which are conducted in VNTU, in case of consideration the questions about the working laboratory of sociological researches.

6. The responsibility
Workers of laboratory respond for:
6.1. Discrepancy of the reached decisions to requests of the current legislation.
6.2. Default of the functional responsibilities according to the duty regulations.
6.3. Off-standard fulfilment of the responsibilities according to the law of Ukraine about work, education, normative rules of Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, charter of VNTU.
