Scientific adviser of the sociological researches laboratory -

The laboratory of sociological researches is created on the basis of the Decree of the President of Ukraine "On development of sociological science in Ukraine" of April 25, 2001 #275/2001. The laboratory of sociological researches is the structural subdivision of scientific research department of Institute of humanitarian and pedagogical problems and education of Vinnytsia National Technical University.

The basic directions of laboratory of sociological researches are:

• Mechanisms of functioning and transformation of mass consciousness of the city population;
• Social protection, social work and social policy;
• Dynamics of student's youth value orientations;
• Problems of deviant behavior of contemporary youth;
• Role of university education in forming of intellectual elite in Ukraine;
• Problems of student's youth education;
• Problems of spare time and leisure;
• Problems of student's family.

Laboratory of sociological researches gives such service:

1. Fulfillment of the sociological researches orders of structural subdivisions of university, state and public services and departments;
2. Realization of sociological researches in city, region, country, international sociological researches;
3. Grant the scientifically reasonable sociological data to the structural subdivisions of VNTU, the executive authority, mass media etc.;
4. Development of sociological tools and normative documents of applied sociological researches.
